Right of Withdrawal (EU 14‑Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item.
If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • in the same condition as received

Non‑Returnable Items
